In Loukianou Street, in the center of Kolonaki, the design team of the furniture design & construction company “the Design group_furniture ideas” has created the “home project space” which constitutes the first furniture showroom formed as a contemporary urban house.
So, it consists of a living-room, kitchen and bedroom, all spaces that are decorated with furniture and special constructions produced by the working staff of “the Design group”. The specific arrangement of the undoubtedly alternative showroom gives the opportunity to customers and professional architects, designers or decorators to look around easily through the products and complete solutions of “the Design group”. In this special way, they can get inspired or find functional interiors solutions.
Through the home project space, the company provides ideas that can be applied in every domestic, professional or hotel space as it can undertake not only the construction of custom-made furniture but also the overall construction of a residence. Still, what the creative team of “the Design group” has tried for –and succeed in the end- was not to make another conventional store but a specialized ambient where precise and studied advice and ideas will be given which will be carried out later on.
